I have four lots in Landmark Passage located just off County Rd 2931 near Hwy 198 and Hwy 316 that are within walking distance of the Lake. I bought them with intention of building on them however, I just had a baby and will no longer be able to devote the time and attention I would need to build. If anyone is interested the lots can be sold together or seperate. The lots are:

LANDMARK PASSAGE LTS 430 & 430A
LANDMARK PASSAGE LTS 431 & 431A
LANDMARK PASSAGE LTS 432 & 432A
LANDMARK PASSAGE LTS 433 & 433A

Each lot is 25 X 150 for a total space of 150 x 150. I am asking $800/lot or $3000 for all 4 (O.B.O). It can be divided however you like. Please contact me if you are interested. I am very egar to sell. Any offer will be considered.
