Relax at our beautiful Cedar Creek lake home with expansive new deck and dock. Open water lot with 108 feet of lakefront with soft sandy bottom. Best water (smoothest) on the lake for skiing and recreational fun!
The new deck is 1600 sq.ft. shaded by huge oak tree and includes a gas firepit. Enjoy napping in the hammock, reading on the deck or dining on the covered back porch(500 sq.ft.). The back yard is fully fenced to protect any young children. Great fishing is available from your own private pier {with sink} and the sunset is breathtaking.
Morning sunrises, moonlit nights, abundant bird species, wild duck, geese, herons, and scampering squirrels are just a few of the charms of the property. Whether you fish, swim, boat, or water-ski, or just want to lounge around in the water, the easy pace of the country is at your door.
If you wish to bring your boat or pwc, you will be able to launch your boat at a nearby public boat ramp and use our boat lift for your boat. Our property has enough space for parking your boat or pwc trailer. Our dock is complete with whips to tie up your boat or pwc.
TV and DVD players are located in the living area along with a variety of cards and games both for adults and children. We provide magazines and books.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dinnerware. We also have an outdoor propane grill and fire pit (marshmellows)for your use. Linens and towels are provided.
Four bedrooms include:

Located within a morning drive of here are Tyler, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and many other communities with every imaginable recreation or cultural event. Lake home is located within a few minutes of Gun Barrel City for groceries, etc. Canton is located 30 minutes away for 1st Monday weekends.
