Conveniently located off Highway 175, in the growing community of Cedar Creek Reservoir, Cedar Creek Country Club was built in 1967 by Mr. "Tug" Tuggle. It has been a source of relaxation and recreation for the residents and visitors of the Cedar Creek Lake area ever since. The 18-hole golf course maintains all levels of play. Strategically placed water hazards can challenge event the most skilled golfers. Beginners can find all of the white sandy bunkers lurking around the greens. The abundant supply of aged oak trees provides obstacles for even the advanced golfers. The cool calm breezes of Cedar Creek Lake can be enjoyed throughout the golf course.

Carved from old oak trees, the 18-hole Pinnacle Golf & Boat Club is a beautiful and challenging test of skill. Designed by Don January, the golf course features 10 water holes. The tree-lined fairways and waterways place a premium on accuracy. At 6,349, yards the scenic Pinnacle course is enjoyable and challenging for players of all abilities. The semi-private golf course is open to the public.

Star Harbor Golf Club, a 9-hole executive length golf course in Malakoff, Texas features 2,373 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 34. This short layout will reward good shots and provide a fun golf outing for everyone. Star Harbor golf course opened in 1962.

Indian Oaks is known for its difficult 9-hole executive course but it also features a regulation 18-hole course. Both courses feature tight fairways lined by trees and a few dogleg fairways present strategic options. The 9-hole course is tough not only because it is tight, but because there is water and sand on just about every hole. The greens are famous for the deceptive, fast undulations.
