The water depth at the boat dock is 10 to 12 feet, which makes it great for fishing. The house is on a big cove perfect for water activities. A private boat ramp is located just down the street if you intend to bring your boat.
The inside sleeps 6 comfortable with 10 max. There is a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer for use. There are all types of board games for the entire family. You also get a nice view of the lake from the inside of the house, and the sun rises right into the living room.
A Dollar General is only minutes from the house just in case you may have forgotten something.
