There are two one bedroom cottages with small kitchenettes and fire places (we supply the wood) , refrigerators and microwave , The rates are $90 per night Monday through Thursday(except holidays and Canton First Monday ) and $115 on the weekend.Weekend rates apply to holidays and Canton First Monday .There is a large two bedroom cottage that has a complete kitchen and a Queen size convertible sofa in the living area . The rate is $135 Monday through Thursday (except holidays and Canton First Monday) and $165 on the weekend.Weekend rates apply to Holidays and Canton First Monday There is a $5 per night if using the convertible sofa . We require a one night deposit with a 5 day cancellation. The cottages are supplied with linens , towels , china .silverware , glasses ,Coffee maker (we supply the coffee ), toaster, out door BBQ BBQ utensils (we supply the charcoal & lighter fluid)) We also supply complimentary soft drinks and a complimentary bottle of California wine All cottages have Queen size beds ,Dish TV with all the premium channels ,DVD or VCR players and central heating and air conditioning . There is a 75' pond on the property that is stocked with large black bass, large Brim & large catfish. There is lighted boat dock on the property and an association boat ramp nearby.
