The Lake House on Cedar Creek Lake

The Lake House is a fantastic waterfront home on Cedar Creek Lake. Cedar Creek Lake offers some of the best swimming, boating, skiing, and fishing around. It is a short 1 hour drive southeast of Dallas, approximately 40 minutes from Tyler and Canton, and 3 hours from Austin. The house is on 180 ft. of open water, has a great sandy swimming area and private pier. You will have use of one boat slip. There is also a private boat ramp for you to launch your boat or jet ski while staying with us. It will accommodate most boats when the lake level is normal. There are also several boat launch ramps close by and we have plenty of parking for your trailer. The Lake House is on a 1/2 acre of land with a large yard for the kids to run and play as well as a volleyball net set up for you enjoy. The firepit is a great place for roasting marshmellows and the large charcoal grill is perfect for outdoor grilling.

*If you are staying with us during cooler weather, enjoy a fire in the fireplace. We provide the firewood. The Lake House features a wall of windows for beautiful lake views from the living/dining area, master bedroom, and bonus room. The lakeside deck is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The house has an open kitchen/living area, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, + a bonus room with bunkbeds and sleeper sofa. It will accommodate 15 guests comfortably. We have games, movies, books, and an foosball table for indoor fun. I also have a booklet and bulletin board with suggestions on things to do and places to eat in the area, a list of boat ramps, and maps to help you get aroung.

Everything is ready for you to relax, play, and spend some together.

SPRING/SUMMER RATES: 2 nights:$395/night 3-4 nights:$375/night 5-6 nights:$350/night
Weekly rental:$2100
FALL/WINTER RATES(after Labor Day):$350/night Weekday: $300/nt. Weekly: $1800
Minimum Stay: 2 nights/3 nights on holidays.
All rates are based on up to 10 guests. Additional guests are charged $10/night/guest. All rates are subject to the 8% hotel tax.
