Wide open spaces on 3.2 acres. Private compound on private cove with sandy beach when the water level is low, perfect for large families or group adventure. The quiet cove surrounded by open land, is great for fishing, secluded swimming, and water fun. Available to our guests are kayaks, canoe, paddle board, floats, a boat dock and more! On one side of the property you have trees galore and the other you can enjoy open grassy yard for private strolls and watching nature.
House #1, the Roadhouse, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a futon in the living room. The Hideaway (additional bunkhouse above detached garage) has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a futon, bathroom and kitchen. House #2, the Farmhouse, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 futons, 2 in the living room and 1 in the sun room.
The kitchens are fully equipped with cookware and dinnerware. We also have three outdoor propane grills and 2 fire pits for your use. Linens and bath towels are provided.


On the 3.2 acres you will see herbs, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, pecan trees, blackberry bushes and so much more. You will definitely get your fill of peace and quiet.

Cedar Creek Lake Fishing Report from TPWD (Apr. 8)

GOOD. Water lightly stained; 63-65 degrees, 0.02’ high. Largemouth bass are in coves in 2 to 7' also along shorelines leading to the back of spawning coves. Jigs, plastic creatures, and moving baits like chatter baits and spinnerbaits are producing. Hybrids and sand bass are now up in the creeks. Small grubs, spoons, and swimbaits are good in the creeks, and crankbaits can be good in 4 to 10' on the points. Crappie are in the creeks and spawning coves. Some docks are starting to hold fish, as well as some of the brush piles in various depths. Jigs and minnows are both effective. Catfish are good on the shallow north end of the lake and also moving shallow all over the lake. There are still some deep fish as well, so don't rule that out. Fresh cut shad is best.
