DATE CHANGE:
**No charge fee for date changes for minimum same # of days/nights if

**CANCELLATIONS
- all cancellations- we will return damage deposit check and any pet fees,
pet deposits and rental:
- if less than 20 days before check in - refund tax, cleaning fee
- if we re-rent before original check-in date we will also refund all rental charge.
PET POLICY:
One dog 50 lbs or less allowed, pet must be PRE-REGISTERED, pay additional
$50 cleaning fee plus returnable pet deposit.
