Cedar Creek Lake Fishing Report from TPWD (Jan. 20)

FAIR. Water lightly stained; 49 degrees; 0.02 high. Largemouth bass are fair working jigging spoons, blue/black skirted jigs, diving crankbaits and minnow-like jerk baits on creeks, steep rocky coves, deeper boat docks, and retaining walls near a channel or point. Hybrids and sand bass are slow off main lake points and humps with white slabs, white swimbaits, and jigging spoons. Crappie are fair with minnows and tube jigs in brush piles, boat docks, and bridges 14-26’. Catfish are fair in 15-25’ with cut bait and live bait.
