The Cedar Creek Lake Parrot Head Club's pirates will cast off in full costume on July 21, visiting ports of call on the lake in search of treasure.
The annual event is open to the public so guests without boats and street clothes or in costume can participate as well in the charitable organization's annual poker run.
The boat crews will venture from port to port, reading clues and collecting cards to amass winning hands. Other participants will motor in their vehicles to collect poker hands.
Hands can be purchased at Don's Port Marina and Cedar Isle Restaurant and Baja Club. The cost of poker hands will be $25.
Hands will be opened and announced between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Registration time for the event will be at the Tiki Hut Restaurant at Don's Port Marina on the day of the event from 10 a.m. until noon.
A pre-registration party will be held at Cedar Isle Restaurant and Baja Club on Friday, July 20, at 6 p.m.
The day's event will conclude with a party at Cedar Isle Restaurant and Baja Club.
To raise money for local charitable organizations, there will be a silent auction from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. A live auction will be held at 7 p.m.
The treasure will include prizes for the the best poker hand, raffles and prizes for the best dressed pirate crew and ship.
Entertainment will be provided by The Bad Monkeys band.
