Cedar Creek Lake Fishing Report for 12-01-2012

Hey folks, Jason Barber here with the weekly kingscreekadventures.com/ fishing report for Cedar Creek Lake. The Lake level is at 3.72' low and slightly stained to stained. The temps are in the mid 50's. and fluctuating. Crappie are still good in brushpiles and on bridges as well as on some deeper docks. Try jigs and minnows in water 8 to 16 ft. for best results. The docks to fish will have 6 to 10 ft. on them and brush is a bonus. The more shade the better. Largemouth are good around the docks as well. Try jigs, spinners and crankbaits under and around the docks. Fish all docks with 3 ft. or more water on them and don't rule out the rocks around the dam, spillway and bridges. Hybrids are good at night around lighted docks, fish crankbaits, swimbaits and bucktails and expect good action. Thre brighter lights are best and shallow is ok. Some fish are being caught in 2ft. Cats are on fire! You can drift or anchor in deep or shallow water with shad, shrimp or cutbait and do really well. Try deep 12 to 20ft. on the south end and 3 to 10 ft. on the north end of the lake. Stop by the baitshop at 111 Big cheif dr.GBC and see us or give us a call to book a fishing trip at 903-603-2047... Thanks to all...
