TOOL -- If you've lost a pet or found one, you can now post its picture on the website of the Humane Society of Cedar Creek Lake. The Humane Society recently launched a redesign of its website, and it added the "Lost and Found" feature to help reunite pets with their homes. Anyone who has lost or found a pet can fill out an online form and submit a photo to [email protected] for posting to the website. The website includes a calendar of events page and a separate page for event fliers to be posted. There will also be notices of the dates and times for adoption events and board of directors meetings. Other information includes contact information, hours of operation, a map to the shelter and a donation page. There is also a link to adoptable dogs and cats. The Humane Society is seeking volunteers to visit the shelter to play with animals, take them for walks, work on fundraisers, work in the office, wash linens and other work.
