Just as they did throughout 2012, the monthly showings of Cedar Creek Lake homes for December indicate that many prospects for lake homes are still actively looking.
There were an estimated 524 showings in December about half of which were of lake homes priced under $250,000; Another 25% of the showings were for lake homes priced from $250,000 to $300,000; And, the remainder were for homes priced over $300,000.
Investors seemed to make their presence felt mostly in the $100,000 to $150,000 range, which made up 18% of all showings.
With so many prospects looking - especially through the Holiday Season - 2013 looks to be a great year for Cedar Creek Lake real estate.
