ATHENS -- Angie Tuley, a real estate agent for McAtee Realty, Inc. on Cedar Creek Lake will be the 2013 president for the Henderson County Board of Realtors.
The group installed Tuley and five other officers and directors at a Christmas luncheon and general membership board meeting Dec.12 at Ole West Steakhouse in Athens. Texas Association of Realtors representative Pete Craig of Marshall swore Tuley and the other board members in at the meeting.

The officers and directors pictured below are Gary McClaskey, vice president; Marsha Bourne, secretary; Robert McAtee, Jr., treasurer; Rilla Bowles, director and Brad Rummel, director.
Outgoing president Curtis Webster led the final meeting of the group for the year.
Tuley became a real estate agent in the Cedar Creek Lake area 13 years ago. She joined McAtee Realty in 2002.
Tuley said she believes the real estate business on Cedar Creek Lake will prosper next year.
"I think 2013 is going to be a great year," said Tuley, who is a graduate of Mabank High School. "The first quarter will let us know, but I think it's going to be great."
Craig, who was a longtime broker before joining the Texas Association of Realtors as the East Texas field representative agreed that 2013 is "looking good."
Craig said inventory is decreasing statewide and home prices are going back up with the increased demand.
Craig said a recent business analysis by Texas A&M University showed real estate to be on the rebound in the state.
