Showings of Cedar Creek Lake Properties Remain Strong through Mid-Year!

Good news for the sellers of lake properties at Cedar Creek Lake: Lots of prospective buyers are looking for just the right lake home at Cedar Creek Lake - lots of them! There were an estimated 1,554 showings of lake area residences in June - up nearly 16% over the monthly average for the preceding five months of this year. So, even though there appear to be a lot of properties on the market, there are a lot buyers out there looking.

The majority of those prospective buyers (89%) are looking at properties priced under $400,000, however there are healthy numbers looking at properties priced all the way up to and over $1 million dollars. As in previous months, about half of those looking (47%) are interested in lake homes priced under $200,000. And, that number increases to 73% for residences priced under $300,000.
