"The Hideout" is a planned development that will consist of a variety of retail shops & restaurants on the boardwalk. The lakefront stage will carry music concerts every weekend provided free of charge and open to the public 40 weeks out of the year. There is also going to be a Water Park for the kids to play at. Being only 55 miles southeast of Dallas it's a real pleasant and relaxed drive. Once there you will experience what many consider to be the best darn inland waterview in Texas.
"The Hideout" will be a rustic waterside village featuring Buildings and patios can extend over the water. All store entrances will be from the waterside boardwalk. Four buildings will make the total size of the village about 40,000 square feet. Sought after merchants include Restaurants, Night clubs, Sporting Goods, Boat and Waterski Equipment sales and rental, Yogurt and Ice Cream shops, Speciality Apparel, Real Estate Offices, and any others that add to this enjoyable and relaxed experience.
There is plenty of work to do so plan now by reserving your space. sizes range from 1000 square feet to 10,000 square feet. Please allow from March 2011 to June 2011 for signing up merchants and users, another three months for architectural plans, seven months for construction with an opening in the Spring of 2012 just in time for the rush to the lake crowd.
