Joseph (Joe) McGinley is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Beacon Hill on Cedar Creek Lake, a division of Kemp Lakeside Investors, (KLI) LLC.
Prior to his coming on board with Beacon Hill, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The Hofmeister Group (Orlando area) Florida. As Vice President, he was responsible for marketing, advertising, sales training and brand awareness for Hofmeister's multi-family and traditional home offerings as well as commercial sales and leasing, company-wide. Prior to his recent position, he held senior level management positions with three national and two locally based Homebuilders and Commercial Real Estate Developers, including KB Home of Tampa, Florida, Holiday Builders of Melbourne, Florida, Belle Mead Development Corporation of Roseland, New Jersey (a subsidiary of The Chubb Companies), Edgewood Properties of Ft. Myers, Florida, and Westminster Communities of Florham Park, New Jersey.
Joe, holds a Marketing Degree from Upsala College and as a licensed real estate broker, has received numerous local and national building industry achievement awards and has directed the sales and marketing activities for over 12,000 residential units in 45 new home communities within Florida, Texas and the Northeast.
