As your agent, I believe a POSITIVE approach is necessary to accomplish your objectives. First, I listen and ask questions to understand your wants and needs. Then I develop an action plan which is focused on meeting your wants and needs. The plan is then implemented with a laser focus on working hard for you and delivering the customer service you deserve. I focus on the details - which helps you focus on the big picture - to achieve the positive results you desire. I am a people person, I love the lake and am ready to serve you. Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I had 15 years of service to Johnson Monroe, Realtors, working in every facet of the company. Before Johnson Monroe, Realtors, I was in retail for many years, managing a home décor store. I loved my job and assisted many new home owners with their purchases to decorate their new lake homes at Cedar Creek Lake. I have had 20 wonderful years at the lake with my husband. We own a few acres outside of town and love the country feel - yet close enough all to the conveniences the lake has to offer. We also own a local business that my husband has run for over 10 years. I have been blessed with many mentors in my life starting with my mother who taught me the importance of hard work. My sister and I are best friends and spend a lot of time together. We both are passionate about animals. We contribute locally to an animal rescue and love our 3 dogs and cat. My husband and I have 4 wonderful adult children and 5 absolutely fabulous grandchildren. Having grandchildren is one of the most rewarding adventures in our lives. The love they share is endless. Life is good at the lake, let me help you sell your home or find your happy place here at Cedar Creek Lake.

Cedar Creek Lake

Fishing Report from TPWD (Apr. 24)

EXCELLENT. Slightly stained; 70 degrees; 0.40 feet above pool. Hybrid striped bass and white bass have made a full recovery from the spawn and are now back in the main lake in droves and are on a feeding frenzy. Look for heavy bird activity throughout the lake on flats and near the dam on edges of drop offs especially on cloudy and overcast days. The Hybrids and Whitebass have started schooling in water from 6-14 feet at the dam and any wind blown shallow point or seawall. Late evening schooling action is also happening in shallow coves and points throughout the lake. Reports of great catches using silver or white slabs and spinnerbaits and retrieving off the bottom at a very slow retrieve to catch these fish in depths of 8-16 feet of water. The crappie have also migrated back into the main lake. Look for them under bridge pylons or under docks where the depths are between 3-10 feet. Guides have been reporting exceptionally nice catches on sunny warmer days. Report by Brent Herbeck, Herbeck’s Lonestar Fishing Guide Service.
