Perfectly positioned on just under half an acre with approximately 111 feet of waterfront, this elegant estate, just completed in November 2024, combines thoughtful architecture with timeless materials, including a striking Granbury mix chop stone exterior, charcoal metal roof, and gorgeous custom iron entry doors that set the tone for what's inside. Step into a beautifully curated interior where rich Regal Terra wood flooring, soaring ceilings, and a custom cast stone fireplace elevate the open-concept living space. The chef's kitchen is a true centerpiece, featuring two oversized islands with waterfall Vadara Quartz countertops, hand-crafted white oak cabinetry, and premium Jenn-Air appliances--including a 48" pro-style dual-fuel range. A spacious utility room with dual Maytag washers and dryers and a walk-in pantry ensure both style and function behind the scenes. Two en suite bedrooms and a powder bath on the main floor offer comfort and privacy, while the upstairs is built for entertaining and unwinding with a game room, two en suite bunk rooms, and two additional en suite bedrooms--each showcasing designer finishes and plenty of natural light. Outdoors, enjoy a 382 sq ft covered porch with fireplace, designed for year-round relaxation. There's ample space to add a pool and the 900+ sq ft boathouse makes lake days effortless. With an engineered pier foundation and three-car garage, this home is as solid as it is stunning. This is your chance to own a move-in ready masterpiece in Cedar Creek's most exclusive waterfront community. Schedule your tour and experience the extraordinary lifestyle that awaits at The Groves

Cedar Creek Lake

Fishing Report from TPWD (Apr. 23)

EXCELLENT. stained; 69 degrees; 0.12 feet below pool. Fishing patterns remain consistent. Look for heavy bird activity throughout the lake on flats and near the dam on edges of drop-offs especially on cloudy and overcast days. Reports of great catches using silver or white slabs and spinnerbaits with a very slow retrieve off the bottom in 17-26 feet of water. The crappie have also migrated back into the main lake. Look for them under bridge pylons or under docks where the depths are between 3-10 feet. Guides have been reporting exceptionally nice catches on sunny warmer days. Report by Brent Herbeck, Herbeck’s Lonestar Fishing Guide Service. The shad spawn is in full swing, so the early shallow wall bite is on fire all over the lake. Fresh caught shad tossed up to the walls on bottom or under a float are a sure way to catch good numbers of nice eating sized catfish. There is still a deeper drifting bite in 12-24 feet of water using cut shad, drum or carp drifted along the bottom. Many fish being caught in the 10-50 pound range. Report by Jason Barber, Kings Creek Adventures.
