GUN BARREL CITY -- A group of local documentary and event television producers and broadcast technicians recently launched a live, traveling variety show called "Lunch on the Lake" that airs every Monday at noon from a different Cedar Creek Lake restaurant. Executive producer William Johnson heads up the project, and the show is hosted by local entertainer Dino Danger. This week the show was broadcast from Main Street Bar and Grill. The most recent Internet TV program focused on health and wellness and featured interviews with several local personalities. It included an interview about the operation of CedarCreekLake.com. All of the shows are included on the video archive of the website www.TVTX.us TVTX also includes other stories of note about Texas food, business, agriculture and industry and entertainment. The musical group Midnight Thunder recently performed during the show. Another feature is "Saturday at the Dragway," which is broadcast live from the Cedar Creek Dragway in Seven Points at 10 p.m. The website notes that the team works hard traveling the roads of Texas "bringing you an inside look into what makes this the Lone Star State."
