2nd Course: Mixed greens, candied pecans, goat cheese, balsamic vinaigrette dressing paired with NNN Roussanne.
3rd Course: Spice crusted beef tenderloin, guajillo glazed Texas quail, smoked salmon, Mac n Cheese and roasted vegetables paired with NNN Cabernet Sauvignon.
4th Course: Mini peach cobbler made from scratch with cinnamon crumble topping, Blue Bell vanilla bean ice cream, paired with NNN Happy Appy.
