"O'KEEFFE!" in Malakoff
Acclaimed actress Carolyn Wickwire will star in the one-woman play O'KEEFFE! by Lucinda McDermott, produced by Flower and Bone Productions, and directed by Ouida White. This one-night-only performance will be staged Saturday, April 12th, at the Community Center in Malakoff at 7:30 pm, sponsored by the Greater Malakoff Garden Club and the Malakoff Historical Society.
Georgia O'Keeffe, iconic & celebrated, established herself as one of modern art's most important figures of the 20th century. O'KEEFFE! is the story of Georgia, the 20th century iconic artist. Learn how she struggles to find her artistic voice while fighting to be recognized not as a female artist but simply as an artist with incredible talent.
