Don't miss this rare opportunity to own two charming adjacent waterfront homes on two fully fenced lots, each with its own private electronic gated entrance. Whether you're looking to accommodate extended family, entertain guests, establish a short-term rental income stream, or create a small corporate retreat, this unique setup offers exceptional flexibility and value. The main home, gutted and remodeled in 2017, spans 1,629 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features a spacious living area highlighted by a stacked stone fireplace, wood beam ceilings, a generous dining area, and a versatile flex room ideal for an office, hobby space, or exercise room. The second home, constructed in 2019, offers 1,400 square feet, also with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Far more than a guesthouse, just like the main home it includes a full kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator, range, microwave, and a well-sized utility room with full-size washer and dryer. Both homes boast serene views of a protected cove, with outdoor spaces that include either a large waterside deck or a flagstone patio perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A double-slip boathouse accommodates two boats, while the expansive party deck, partially covered for shade, provides an ideal vantage point to enjoy peaceful cove views. Set on half an acre with 172 feet of waterfront, the property offers abundant concrete parking and space to add a garage. Lake pump sprinkler system keeps the lawn and landscaping lush and beautiful. Both homes are offered mostly furnished with only a few exclusions, making this turnkey opportunity even more appealing.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Jun. 4)

GOOD. stained; 77 degrees; 0.04 feet above pool. The hybrid striped bass and white bass are on a feeding frenzy! Start looking for heavy bird activity throughout the lake on flats and near the dam, or on the edges of drop-offs especially on cloudy and overcast days. Focus drop-offs and along seawalls early in the mornings in 5-14 feet with slabs. Reports of great catches using silver or white slabs and spinners and retrieving off the bottom at a very slow retrieve to catch these fish in depths of 17-26 feet of water. The crappie have also migrated back into the main lake. Look for them under bridge pylons or under docks where the depths are between 3-10 feet. Guides have been reporting exceptionally nice catches on sunny warmer days. Report by Brent Herbeck, Herbeck’s Lonestar Fishing Guide Service. Catfish are good on humps in 5-20 feet on fresh shad, or drifting in 15-25 feet of water for bigger fish. Report by Jason Barber, Kings Creek Adventures.
