This stunning lake house, fully gutted and expanded in 2023, blends modern farmhouse charm with easy lakefront living. Boasting wood beam vaulted ceilings, shiplap walls, and real wood floors, the open-concept design creates an inviting and spacious atmosphere throughout. The cozy wood-burning fireplace adds a touch of warmth, while the sliding barn doors provide a nod to rustic elegance. With 14 windows across the back of the home, the views are nothing short of spectacular, offering panoramic water vistas from every angle. A corner nook with a window seat creates the perfect spot for family game nights. The gorgeous kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end appliances, including a Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer, quartz countertops, a beverage refrigerator, and an ice machine. The large island offers plenty of seating and a prep sink, making this space perfect for both entertaining and everyday living. The 550 sq. ft. covered porch overlooks a flat, gently sloping half-acre lot with 125 feet of prime waterfront on a peaceful cove. Enjoy outdoor living by the firepit or under the shade of magnificent magnolia and pecan trees. A circle driveway and ample parking space for multiple vehicles, along with a carport, ensure convenience for guests. A detached 30x24 metal building offers additional parking and storage for vehicles, boat, water toys, golf carts, or could be transformed into a fun waterside game room or workshop. There's plenty of space to add a pool if desired. The new boathouse decking and electric were updated in 2023. Located on the west side of the lake close to Lone Star Marina, Tiki Hut, Figs Steakhouse, Triple N Ranch Winery, and more. Furnishings and watercraft available separately. While the exterior of the home has been beautifully remodeled, you truly have to step inside to appreciate its full beauty.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Jun. 4)

GOOD. stained; 77 degrees; 0.04 feet above pool. The hybrid striped bass and white bass are on a feeding frenzy! Start looking for heavy bird activity throughout the lake on flats and near the dam, or on the edges of drop-offs especially on cloudy and overcast days. Focus drop-offs and along seawalls early in the mornings in 5-14 feet with slabs. Reports of great catches using silver or white slabs and spinners and retrieving off the bottom at a very slow retrieve to catch these fish in depths of 17-26 feet of water. The crappie have also migrated back into the main lake. Look for them under bridge pylons or under docks where the depths are between 3-10 feet. Guides have been reporting exceptionally nice catches on sunny warmer days. Report by Brent Herbeck, Herbeck’s Lonestar Fishing Guide Service. Catfish are good on humps in 5-20 feet on fresh shad, or drifting in 15-25 feet of water for bigger fish. Report by Jason Barber, Kings Creek Adventures.
