Enjoy breathtaking lake views and modern comforts from this 2020-built waterfront retreat at Cedar Creek Lake. Situated on a unique waterfront lot, the property offers southeast-facing views and a fully fenced backyard ideal for pets and children. While the platted lot reflects 0.14 acres, the land below the 325' line provides additional usable space for improvements such as a pool or outdoor kitchen (with TRWD approval). The wide shoreline also supports potential for boathouse expansion (permit required), and the existing boathouse already includes a party deck perfect for entertaining. Best of all, you'll enjoy a private boat slip and deep water at the shoreline.

With approx. 2,099 sq ft, the home features four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, including two private en suites. A half bath is located on the main level, and the attached 2-car garage offers direct access to the backyard for storing lake toys and gear. Inside, you'll find wood-look tile flooring, a light and bright color scheme, and walls of windows that frame miles of open water views. The kitchen is designed with custom cabinetry (upper glass-front doors), granite counters, and a large island with sink. The spacious owner's suite includes a private balcony overlooking the lake and a bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Located in Gun Barrel City--the "hub" of Cedar Creek Lake--this home is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property is being sold furnished with some exclusions, making it move-in ready.

A clean, well-maintained waterfront retreat with panoramic views, newer construction, and outdoor living at its best--ready for you to enjoy lake life!

Fishing Report from TPWD (Sep. 24)

EXCELLENT. Water slightly stained; 77 degrees; 1.71 feet below pool. Consistently finding the best hybrid action in 13-18 feet of water with slabs, and spinnerbaits using the proven saw tooth retrieve technique. Trolling spoons with a hellbender set-up at 3 mph in 13-17 feet of water is absolutely crushing the white bass on several humps throughout the lake. As water temperatures decrease into the low 70s we will target big hybrids on shallow ledges and humps with Alabama rigs. Report by Brent Herbeck, Herbeck's Lonestar Fishing Guide Service. The catfish pattern will remain consistent until cooler weather arrives. Catfish are good anchoring on humps in 12-24 feet fishing small shad or cut shad on the bottom. Drifting larger cut bait like carp, drum or big gizzard shad on flats in 10-25 feet throughout the lake. Report by Jason Barber, Kings Creek Adventures.
