Agent, McAtee Realty

I am pleased to announce that I was the #1 Buying Agent (per volume of sales) and the #3 Overall Agent (in total volume of sales) in the Cedar Creek Lake area and Henderson County for the 2016 year, per the Henderson County MLS! I would enjoy the opportunity to help you find your perfect weekend getaway, or home for full time living that you have always dreamed about! I have had the pleasure of owning a weekend lake house at Cedar Creek for many years. In 2009, I finally made it my 'home!' I grew up in Midland, Texas: football, football and more football. After buying and selling houses in the LA market, (and getting out just in time) I transferred back to Texas! My retail career also helped me prepare for life as a Realtor. My drive to find profitable locations for new stores and ability to negotiate extended leases for existing store locations helped my Region drive top revenue for the entire company. Now living in my 15th home (hopefully my last!), I truly understand both sides of the b

Largemouth bass are good on docks in 3-8 feet of water, and in 15-20 feet of water using shaky heads, crankbaits and Carolina rigs.
