EXCELLENT. Water stained; 84 degrees; 1.06 feet below pool. Catfish are good on main lake humps and flats in 12-24 feet on cut shad and other usual baits like shrimp or prepared baits. A lot of shad moving back in creeks, other fish will later follow. Drifting larger cut bait is best for bigger fish. Report by Jason Barber, Kings Creek Adventures. Good go-to setups include a variety of slabs, spinners and the always-reliable yellow bladed Bo Blade spinner using the proven saw tooth retrieve technique. Trolling pet spoons with a hellbender set-up at 3 mph in 13–17 feet of water is absolutely crushing the white bass on several humps throughout the lake.
